Responsible for developing and maintaining brand identity, from research to design, to create high-quality products that are consistent with the brand strategy.
Specific Responsibilities:
1. Research and Analysis:
- Plan and execute market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and the preferences of the target audience.
 - Analyse consumer research data to collaboratively shape brand strategy.
 - Present research findings and conduct internal training to ensure all team members are aligned with the research content and proposed strategies.
 - Prepare reports and content for direct presentations to clients.
 
2. Brand Design and Development:
- Develop and maintain brand identity, including logos, colour schemes, typography, and other design elements.
 - Design marketing materials, including printed documents, advertisements, packaging, websites, and digital content.
 - Develop low-complexity design templates and provide internal training and guidance.
 - Ensure all designs align with the brand strategy and marketing messages.
 
3. Project Management:
- Plan and manage the timelines of design projects, ensuring timely completion within budget.
 - Monitor and adjust designs based on feedback from clients and stakeholders.
 
Requirements:
1. Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in brand design or graphic design.
 - Experience in market research and analysis of trends and consumer preferences.
 
2. Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of design principles, market trends, and design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.
 - Familiarity with various design philosophies is an advantage.
 
3. Skills:
- Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.
 - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly.
 - Skills in training and mentoring internal teams.
 - Proficient in English, with experience working with international teams being a plus.
 
4. Attributes:
- Team-oriented with leadership capabilities.
 - Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
